And now on to other news:

SHANGHAI - American consumer protection authorities this week recalled more Chinese-made skateboards for children, a move that could further fan concerns about the safety of Chinese exports.
Yesterday the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall notice for skateboard decks from several major American skateboard companies that were found to contain dangerously high levels of sawdust.
The commission said the skateboards were of inferior constructon and that, if used while performing a "handrail" or "stair" stunt could snap and cause serious injury.
It took action after an 11-year-old boy required extensive surgery to repair damage suffered when his skateboard snapped during a "handrail" maneuver and became lodged in his groin.....
.....OK so I stretched the truth a bit, but if they make automobile tires that blow out and toys with too much lead in them and toxic pet food and toothpaste that causes seizures, what makes you think they can make skateboards? That's what I thought.........
